We support you in the production of specific small series and the complex production of individual parts weighing 40 tons. Our qualified specialists in the field of large part production, large part processing and welding technology ensure precise processing and flawless material quality. We ensure the dimensional accuracy of our machined assemblies through non-destructive material testing and on-site dimensional accuracy tests.

Mechanical processing
With the help of CNC-controlled boring mills and vertical lathes, we process blanks or prefabricated machine parts provided by our customers in accordance with their specifications and detailed drawings. Thanks to our experience in handling special steels such as HC22 and 1.4571, we are the ideal partner company for mechanical machining and large part processing in the medical technology, pharmaceutical, chemical and food production sectors.
Welded constructions
In the field of welded construction, we specialize in complex components that place high demands on welding technology. Whether manufacturing high-quality pressure parts, steam boilers for waste incineration plants or agitators for mechanical biological waste treatment plants, our welding experts always guarantee reliable implementation at the highest quality level. We offer a variety of welding processes to meet the different requirements of our customers. Our available welding processes include TIG, MAG, E-hand and UP.

Surface treatment
In our specially equipped coating facility, we clean, sandblast and paint your components with primer and top coats in accordance with your surface requirements and paint specifications. We take your exact specifications into account, for example with regard to texture and layer thickness. We are happy to take on the surface treatment of components that have been manufactured by us in-house as well as components that have been provided by you. Our expertise guarantees a high-quality surface treatment that fully meets your requirements.
Construction planning
We offer comprehensive services in the field of workshop drawings and design, based on the basic engineering specifications of our customers. This includes not only the design, but also the TÜV approved strength calculations. We also offer detail and production engineering services. If you require a component according to a sketch, we will be happy to implement it with a static strength calculation and optimum production process control. Our expertise extends to CNC programming and other processing steps, such as individual welding work and material-specific surface treatment. Materials are procured according to your specifications, and we can also take care of the transportation of the finished component on request. With our holistic approach, we offer you a comprehensive solution for your design requirements.

We offer sandblasting and painting of large parts in our in-house production halls. Our customers benefit from reliable surface treatment, long-lasting corrosion protection and precise surface finishing.
Dimensions of treatable large parts:
- Size up to 5 m high x 15 m long x 5 m wide
- Weight up to 40 t
We can bend tubes up to a diameter of 88.9 mm and a wall thickness of 7.6 mm.
We use the cladding process up to a diameter of 168.3 mm.
We offer the mechanical processing of components with precision drilling, milling and vertical lathes for the following dimensions:
- Drilling & milling machines up to a size of x= 14 m / y= 5 m and a weight of up to 40 t
- Lathes up to a diameter of Ø 3.6 m; a height of 2.5 m and a weight of up to 30 t
With our laser tracker, we measure assemblies in-house and at our customers' premises to an accuracy of a hundredth of a millimeter! Reliable quality control, personal customer advice and a digital measurement report are of course included. This makes us your partner for complex large part machining and the extended workbench for your large part production.
We use measuring and testing methods to determine the quality of the workpiece for the incoming inspection or after completion of the large components. These tests are documented in accordance with the relevant standards.
